FMTDC RULES FOR SELLER
1. PROHIBITED SPONSORING PRACTICES (REF: RULE3.6)
No Personal Distribution Channel Member (Hereafter called as PDCM), in the development of their FMTDCPDCP, require the prospect or such new Personal Distribution PDCP(Hereafter called as PDCP) to:
3.6.1) Pay any joining fee or purchase any specified amount of products. 3.6.2) Maintain a specified minimum inventory.
2. ABIDE BY THE RULES/PDCP/MEMBERSCONTRACT (Ref: RULE4.1)
At all times, PDCP’smust strictly adhere to the Rules of Conduct and to other documents that comprise the PDCPContract. FMTDC may from time to time amend the Rules of Conduct and any other document comprising the PDCP Contract through notice on its website, www.fmtdc.inor any other official means of communication such as Leaderships, group mailers, etc.
3. NO SELLING THROUGH RETAIL STORES AND E-COMMERCE WEBSITES (Ref: RULE 4.3)
FMTDC does not permit PDCP’sto display/sell its products/ literature through retail stores and e-commerce websites other than company authorized website that is www.fmtdc.in and specified location allotted to PDCP in their particular pincode for sale as a Product Counter.
4. TRUTHFUL AND ACCURATE (Ref: RULE4.4)
FMTDCPDCP’sareexpectedtobetruthfulandaccurateinofferingFMTDC businessopportunityorsellingFMTDCproducts.Theyshouldnotmakefalseclaimsabout the opportunity, products, earnings and effort required to build thebusiness.
5. NO REPACKING/RE LABELLING OF FMTDC PRODUCTS (Ref: RULE4.5)
PDCP shall not repackage, or otherwise change or alter any of the packaging labels of FMTDC Products.
6. WRITTEN SALES RECEIPTS (Ref: RULE4.6)
FMTDC PDCP must always issue a written or FMTDC software generated sales receipt bearing all relevant details at the time of the sale of FMTDC products to the customers.
7. NON-FMTDC SELLING ACTIVITIES (Ref: RULE4.14)
An FMTDCPDCPmust not use FMTDCPDCP activities/eventstopromotehis/her/itsnon-FMTDCbusiness/professionandmustnottryto sell the same to other FMTDCPDCP.
8. ENTICEMENT TO CHANGE LINES OF SPONSORSHIP (Ref: RULE4.15)
No BDM/ACP/SEO/SE/PC shall, directly or indirectly induce/entice other FMTDCPDCPtochangetheirLineofReferences.E.g.InducinganFMTDCPDCP to start a new business in their parents’ name under a different sponsor and thenadvising themtoresigntheirexistingPDCPandbuildtheirparentsFMTDCbusinesswithout complying with (6 months / 2 years) inactivityrule.
9. PDCP RULE (Ref: RULE 6.8 &3.17)
An FMTDCPDCPcan own or have ownership interest in only one Product Counter at one location Pincode
Where a PDCP(transfer or), in order to facilitate the transfer of a Product Counter in the event of his or her death, requests the name of another existing PDCPbe added to their Product Counter(Husband Wife). The name of the transferor(s) must continue to be on the PDCP until his or her death and supporting estate-planning documentation must be provided toFMTDC.
Where an existing PDCP inherits all or a portion of aProduct Counter.
10. ZERO TOLERANCEPOLICY
At present, six areas have been identified by FMTDC India as ‘Zero Tolerance’. These are:
Selling and/or making available FMTDC products for sale through retail shops, unauthorized channels and onlinestores.
Unauthorized PDCPactivity in un-openedmarkets.
Business Promotional Material Policy, as amended from time totime.
Quality Assurance Standards, as amended from time totime.
Direct Selling Guidelines, as amended from time totime.
Digital Communications Standards, as amended from time totime.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Those who fail to comply or who have shown a disregard for the policy may be subject to one or more of the following actions:
a) Suspension of business activities andcommissions.
b) Elimination from all TDC awards/rewards.
c) Reduction and/ or elimination of FMTDCactivities fromIndia.
d) Non-invitation to awardtrips.
e) Denial of any cash/ non cash awards and rewards from affected Sales Teams to uplines.
f) Termination of their FMTDCBusiness.
